From a small room to a big auditorium, from open-air to indoor, from an acoustic set to a fully produced show, learn how to adapt to any event setting, maximising your gear with clever solutions and cutting-edge tools. Learn how to seamlessly synchronize lyrics, visuals, and lighting with your band, even with a limited crew.
Enhance your band’s sound and performance with multi-track playback. Learn how to create a solid foundation, refine song arrangements, and automate key elements while maintaining the flexibility to adapt on the fly. SoLMEP is an intense, full-time five-months program embedded in our live-learn environment.
It consists of two phases: lecture and outreach.
You’ll start with three months of intensive, in-depth training within our missions community. Learn from seasoned musicians, worship leaders, producers, and technical artists. Every weekend, you’ll gain hands-on experience serving in the dynamic environment of local Hong Kong churches that partner with us.
At YWAM, we believe in a holistic approach to training—live and learn. We know you grow best when you combine classroom learning with real-world experiences. That’s why we focus on serving together, building community, and learning from each other through mentorship, group discussions and more.
For the next two months, take your skills to the nations. Travel with our team to plan, organize, and execute Live Worship Music Events. From rural villages to vibrant cities, from street performances to local church gatherings, and from Summer Camps to citywide Worship Nights, you’ll apply what you’ve learned in a wide range of dynamic settings.
